Our historic mountain lodge accommodates a total of 120 guests and includes use of:

The Dining Room
Warm Arts & Crafts decor with large picture windows that frame the forested hills, seats 80.

The Parlor
Adjoining the dining room, with hardwood floors, piano, pine paneling, brick fireplace, and window seats surrounding the room. Can be used for dancing, intimate wedding ceremonies for up to 60 guests, and seating for dining for 40.

Lighted Scenic Decks
Tented bar for cocktails, seating for another 30 guests, weather permitting.

Facility Fee

• Facility is due in full upon reservation.
• Client may choose any 4 event hours. Each additional hour is $200.
• Refundable damage deposit of $300 is due one month prior to event. Deposit will be returned 3 weeks following event if no damage has occurred as outlined in Conference Center policies.
• All receptions and parties must end at 11:00 p.m.

HIGH SEASON - MAY thru OCTOBER
Saturdays: $1150; Friday or Sunday: $950

OFF SEASON - NOVEMBER thru APRIL
Friday, Saturday, Sunday: $850

WEEKDAY DISCOUNT
Monday thru Thursday, year round: $800. Does not include Holiday Weekends

HOLIDAY WEEKENDS
Pricing for any holiday falling on Monday will be priced at the Saturday rate. Friday and Sunday on holiday weekends will be priced at the Saturday rate. Thanksgiving weekend and the week between Christmas and New Years are priced at the High Season Saturday rate.

Wedding Bargains

Christmas Wedding
The facility fee is at off Season Rates, $850 for your choice of 4 hours. The facility is beautifully decorated which cuts down on your decorating expenses. As an additional gift, we will include centerpieces for Christmas receptions, a $150 value. For your ceremony, churches and Center/State theater next door are extensively decorated at this time of year.

Weekday Receptions
Consider a reception Monday through Thursday any time of the year. Holidays that fall on Monday are not included. Facility fee is $800 for your choice of 4 hours. If your guest list does not exceed 60, we will include the ceremony site in our Parlor at no additional cost - a $200 value. For larger wedding ceremonies, The Meadow of the Church of the Transfiguration (see photo below) across the street from the Conference Center is available for outside ceremonies at a discounted $250 Monday - Thursday. DJ's and other vendors often give a discount on middle of the week events.

Friday Evening & Sunday In High Season
The Facility Fee is $950. You save $200 in Facility Fees. The Meadow of the Church of the Transfiguration is offering a discounted rate of $250 on Friday evening and Sunday for outside ceremonies (see photo below). DJ's and other vendors may also give you a discount. On Sunday you could choose a Brunch which is a catering bargain.

Wedding Ceremony The parlor is a charming site for an intimate wedding ceremony.   The maximum number of guests that can be accommodated is 60.  Wedding Ceremony Fee is $200 in addition to the reception fee.  (Available only for clients whose wedding reception is held at Evergreen Conference Center).

Center/Stage A dramatic wedding can be staged in theater; seats 160. Professional lighting and sound system allow you to create the wedding of your dreams. Center/Stage is next door to the Evergreen Conference Center.  Both buildings are part of the Evergreen Conference History District. Contact Gail Montgomery 303-674-4002

Outside Ceremony Site The meadow of The Church of the Transfiguration, across the road from Evergreen Conference Center, provides a beautiful mountain setting complete with aspens and creek. For information on availability and cost call Ken Schimdt at (303) 598-6128.
